  • When a cellphone is not a cellphone........

    This is my first blog in a very long time. I had to think of something to write about and it took me awhile so I thought of an idea of what to write. It is about cellphones. Yeah, everyone these days got a cellphone. And there is newer ones everyday like for example the iPhone. With this phone you can do so much stuff with. Which I find it so ridiculously stupid. Sometimes I wonder what else you can do with that phone. When I first saw the commercial for it  I turned to my husband and say " what's next? a cellphone that shoots?" and he said i know, eh. There is too much to do with that phone. Where to me it is not only a phone but just a multi-tasking gadget that you do so much with it. Including banking, watching tv, listening to the radio, playing video games, there is also a feature I remembered on C.S.I. Las Vegas that there was a character on there who had an iPhone and that had the flashlight application. I am not trying to be negative here. It was just something that I had to write about. And, also just my opinion about stuff. I got a cellphone a couple months ago on a prepaid pan so I can control my usage of it. I got the cellphone company to remove the Mobile browser off my phone cause I was too tempted to use it and it was also draining my phone from  the minutes and battery life. So I now use my cellphone to make calls and for texting. A cellphone should be only be used as a phone. Everything else should be done on a computer. I watch movies and tv shows online and play games online, but there is  no way I would be able to get an iPhone in the future. There is just to much stuff to it. I have heard of cellphones that got GPS  which I thought it was a dumb idea til a couple months ago it helped the police to find and locate a family member of ours who was in need of help. And, since then I was like oh that is a good idea to have a GPS on your phone. I mean there is some good stuff that we can have on our phones but there is other stuff that is just useless. This is just my opinion of as I said before. So what do you think? Do you use any of the applications as much  as most people do? I want positive opinions,please. No mean comment. But then everybody have their opinion which is okay with me.
